This tune is the oldest tune I play. I wrote it when I was 16 years old, just the time I started listening to jazz. I have played it with many musicians I recorded it on several occasions (you can listen to the Uga Buga version on the Uga Buga CD), I feel like on this specific recording with this trio- using the "multi live overdubbing" we found new musical depth to this tune.
